My New Favorite Pasta

I have this at work and its actually quite simple and its SO yummy!

Pasta Primavera

1 squash
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper (red or green)
1 onion
1 large carrot (or several baby carrots)
1/4 cup olive oil
Italian Seasonings
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
Noodles (I use the bow tie kind)
Parmesan Cheese

Chop all vegetables into small pieces and put in a large bowl. Coat with the olive oil and add seasonings. Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. When its all done, mix the veggies and pasta together and sprinkle with the cheese. It is so good!
