Crockpot Chicken

4 skinned chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup water 1-8 oz package cream cheese
1 package zesty Italian seasoning
Place chicken in crock pot. Sift over chicken Italian seasoning mix. Add water and cook on low 4 hours. When chicken is tender, remove form pot and cut into bite size pieces. Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to juice in crock pot. Stir until smooth. Add chicken and serve over noodles, or rice.

**You can also do this on the stove, its really simple!
