2 lb. hamburger 1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated potatoes 1 onion chopped
Salt & pepper
Mix and form into meatballs or logs. Brown well on all sides. Place into 9 X 13 casserole dish. Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup with 2 cups milk. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked well. Franco American chicken gravy can also replace soup mixture.
