Garlic Chicken and Noodles

12 oz. wide egg noodles ¼ cup water
3 Tbsp. olive oil 4 green onions, chopped
1 lb. chiken, cut into 1” strips 1 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced ½ cup parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, heat oil. Stir fry chicken in oil until it turns white. Add garlic and green onions and continue stir frying 3-4 minutes. Reduce temperature and add water. Allow chicken to steam until noodles are ready. Drain noodles. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Fold noodles into chicken mix. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
