1 head cabbage 1 lb. sausage
1 bunch green onions sliced carrots
Cook sausage drain grease. Add cut and shredded vegetables. Simmer till tender. Divide and scoop into egg rolls. Roll up and seal. Deep fry in skillet.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
Sweet and Sour Sauce
¼ cup catsup ¾ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar ½ tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Heat and serve.
