1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion thinly sliced 1 cup water
1 green pepper sliced 1 tsp. beef bouillon
2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp. corn starch
¼ tsp. pepper Hot cooked rice
Heat oil in skittle, cook steak onions, peppers, and garlic until onions turn clear. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Dissolve bouillon in 1 cup water. Blend cornstarch with water. Add to steak and vegetables stir until thickened. Serve over hot cooked rice.
