Dutch Oven Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 stalks celery
1 tsp. chicken bouillon Salt & pepper
1 pound baby carrots 2 cans cream of muchroom soup 1 onion chopped 1cup sour cream
6 potatoes, peeled & chopped 1 cup milk

Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with bouillon. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours. Cut chicken into smaller chunks before serving.
