1 lb. ground beef 1 onion
1 green pepper 1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream 1 32 oz. bottle spaghetti sauce
Mozzerella & mild cheese ½ pkg. or 12 oz. spaghetti noodles cooked
Cook hamburger onion, green pepper. Drain grease. Mix cream cheese & sour cream. Spread on bottom of casserole dish. Layer noodles, meat, cheese, spaghetti sauce. Do 2 layers. Sprinkle with parmesan. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 ½ hour. This is better if it is made and cooked the night before.
