- Just grill some seasoned chicken breasts...(we do it with season all and put them on our grill)
- Then on the stove top sautee some mushrooms and onions together...( I use like 1/2 TBS butter and maybe 1/3 c. water...cuts down on the butter, oh & a little salt)
- When your chicken is done grilling put a slice of mozzerella or swiss cheese on each ck.breast and melt it (most fattening part, but cheese is worth it :) Then add your mushroom/onion mixture on top of it.
- Serve with steamed vegies and this meal (I think) is pretty healthy and oh so delish!!

Mushroom Chicken
This isn't a recipe, but it's my new favorite dinner...and its healthy!
