Smoked Turkey Chimichangas

Smoked Turkey Chimichangas
from Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals

6 oz or so smoked turkey breast (deli meat)
2-3 green onions (use the entire spear)
1-2 smoked chipotle peppers (from a can...I usually remove most of the seeds)
---or use 1/2 bottle of chile verde sauce---
2 cups of cabbage
8 oz can tomato sauce

5-6 burrito size tortillas
cheddar cheese

Chop up first four ingredients. Throw together in medium bowl. Pour tomato sauce over top and mix. Sprinkle cheddar over bottom of tortilla. Add a large scoop or two of turkey mixture. Roll up with sides tucked in (like a burrito). Once they are all rolled up and placed in a baking dish, brush the top with a little vegetable oil. Bake at 400 until crispy and light brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and cilantro. Yum. Easy.
I really liked the chili verde sauce-the peppers are too hot!
