Crockpot Fajitas

This was on mom's menu planner thing but I had to post it because it is so yummy! I made it with chicken and served it with avacados! Delicious!!

Crockpot Steak Fajitas
1 lb. beef flank steak
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup medium salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
Flour tortillas, warmed
Additional salsa
Cut flank steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin strips; place meat in slow cooker.
Combine onion, 1/2 cup salsa, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin and salt in
slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
Add bell peppers. Cover; cook on LOW 1 hour.
Serve with flour tortillas and additional salsa.
NOTE - The onions and peppers can either be sorted out of the final dish or prepared
separately in a skillet with 1 T. olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
