3 small onions
2 cloves garlic-minced
3 med. jalapeno pepper, (seeded & finely chopped)
3 lbs Hamburger
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
--Fry both the hamburger & sausage together, then add the onions, garlic, & jalepenos.
6 TBS Gebhardt chili powder
3 TBS ground cumin
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 cans (8 oz) tomatoe sauce
1 (12 oz) can beer
2 big cans petite diced tomatoes
2-3 cans chili beans (I use Bush's)
If its too spicy/hot mix water, beef boullion, and 1-2 TBS flour and then add. I didn't add that many jalapenos either. And I've substituted water for beer as well.
