Sumi Salad

Sumi Salad
1 baked chicken, deboned & chopped (can use chicken breasts only)
2 T. oil
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. Sesame seeds
8 green onions sliced thin
1 head cabback finely chopped
2 pkg Ramen noodles
Heat oil, toast broken Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds til golden brown. Then combine all ingredients in large bowl, toss and pour on dressing and enjoy.

Poppyseed Dressing1 1/2 t. poppyseed
3/4 c vinegar
1 1/2 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
3/4 t dry mustard
1 1/2 t grated onion or dried onions
Shake, chill and shake again before using. It's better to make this a few hours or a day before. Being cold helps it stay mixed.
