Sesame Chicken and Noodles

We absolutely love this---Mel I cannot believe you guys didn't like it!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger (or throw in some of the powdered kind)
2 tsp Asian garlic-chili sauce
4-5 chicken breasts
whole wheat spaghetti noodles
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 medium yellow, red, or orange sweet peppers, cut into bite size strips
cilantro

Cut into bite size pieces and cook chicken. I like to cook the ginger in with the chicken as well as with the chili garlic sauce (you can do without this if you don't have it--just adds some Asian spice flavor to it). In a bowl, mix together vinegar (I usually use half that amount because Ethan doesn't like strong vinegar-ish stuff), green onions, honey, soy sauce, and just for a better taste I usually add about 1/4 cup peanut butter. Mix in with the cooked chicken. Meanwhile, cook the pasta; when that is done, mix pasta with the sesame oil and then add the chicken mixture. Top with cilantro and peppers and enjoy!

**Just a side note: I cooked my peppers in with the chicken, which I liked better. I also added bean sprouts to the chicken at the end to make them soft because according to Ethan, if its any type of this food, I add bean sprouts. Love them!
