1 lb roast beef (lunch meat)
cilantro
green onions
cabbage, shredded
wheat English muffins (or just bread)
Heat the roast beef in a pan with the green onions. I like to season it with garlic, sesame oil, and ginger (and red pepper flakes if you like things spicy). Toast the muffins or bread and top with warm meat, the cabbage and cilantro and ta-da--you're done!
