Malted Milk Cupcakes

1 plain yellow cake mix
1 box (3.8 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 teas vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
40 malted milk balls

Place everything but chocolate chips and milk balls in a bowl. Beat until well blended on low. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop 1/3 cup batter into cupcake liners (til about 3/4 full). Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before frosting with Malted Milk Butter cream frosting.

Malted Milk Butter cream Frosting

8 tbsp butter, room temperature
3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
5 tbsp Malted Milk powder (or Ovaltine powder)
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend butter until fluffy. Add confectioner's sugar, malted milk powder, milk, and vanilla. Blend on low until light and fluffy.
