Cinnamon Toast Cupcakes

1 plain yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix everything together and bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
4 tbsp butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Blend cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar a little at a time on low speed until sugar in incorporated. Add cinnamon and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 1 minute).
