Fondant-the one we love:)

Creamy Fondant

2 cups sugar
1 cup cream
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. flavoring

Combine sugar, cream, and syrup. Cook with lid until rolling boil. Remove lid and cook to soft ball stage stirring occasionally. Pour on butter platter, let cool till warm to touch. Add flavoring. Stir until it loses gloss and hardens enough to handle. Mold into balls.
